The front of the shirt is emblazoned with the iconic picture of Brother Walfrid and a quote from him saying: "A football club will be formed for the maintenance of dinner tables for the children and the unemployed." The shirt also has a backprint with the word EIGHTEEN above a large football style number 88, signifying the year of the club's foundation in 1888.
